The Consumer Product Safety Commission and the TonGass company now recall TonGass pool drain covers. These covers fail to meet federal safety standards leading to entrapment hazards for bathers.
About 1650 of these pool drain covers were sold on Amazon.com.
Stop wading and swimming in pools that use these recalled pool drain covers. In order to obtain a refund, remove the drain cover, take a photo of it, and send the photo via email to [email protected]. then obtain a safe pool drain cover before resuming use of the pool.
