Growing up, deciding to pursue a career in sports beyond high school can be a tough decision for many young athletes. However, if you can explore other areas of sports, it may help you discover your future sooner than later. JD Snover is a former Nebraska Prep from Westside and the current Sports Director of Drake University Broadcasting. He knew that his love for sports could take him in a different direction, but he still wanted to be involved in covering sports, not just during his high school days but also at Drake. JD's journey with both the men's and women's Drake Bulldogs teams will take him to places he could only imagine, especially with his most recent trip back home to Omaha at the CHI Health Center. He has spent many days before college watching the local Creighton Bluejays, but this time, it was for the Bulldogs game in the 2024 March Madness tournament, surrounded by friends and family.
