I'm always very inspired by people's dreams and aspirations. But I'm usually disappointed by the fact that there's a meager amount of execution on those dreams when I do my due diligence to hear what's going on below the surface. My reminder to you and to myself is to dream big, attack those small steps, but most importantly, START. Too many of us don't start for a myriad reasons. And I hope that you can begin your process of understanding who you are, and what gets you ticking today.
