Dream

Dreams are a healthy indulgence and worthy of your time whether they are conscious or subconscious. Dreams feed the imagination and the soul, and can be instrumental in helping you achieve a great body, the relationship of your dreams or the money you desire. As you dream about what your life can be with any of these desires, you develop a reality about it – a healthy mindset. You most likely will change habits, set new goals and do anything it takes once your vision becomes strong enough.   Read more
Breathe

Breath of fire, breath of life…… breathe in, breathe out. Out of breath, catch a breath. We get caught up in a moment and just forget to breathe.
Take the edge off your busy Holiday rush and find a moment to focus on your breath. Close your eyes and feel your rhythm. Let your breathing even out. Melt into a relaxed state. Breathe in through your nose, hold, exhale through your mouth. Breathe in through your mouth, hold, exhale through your mouth. Alternate breathing styles and length of time you are holding your breath.  Read more
Socialize

Did you know people get depressed more during this season than any other?  During the Holidays,, many people get hit pretty hard with bouts of depression, ranging from mild to severe.  Speaking from experience, it ain’t fun.  What do you do if you’re someone who gets blue?  First off, realize you have a choice – a choice to kick it.  You may go kicking & screaming, lol, but you can certainly get out there and mix & mingle. 
It may take some effort, depending on your situation.  You are worth the effort!  Be sure to enlist support where needed.  I know how hard it is to try to be festive when you feel like shit.  I also know being out of your own environment and being active is a key factor in beating your depression.  You may not be 100%, but you’re out there.  And that goes a long way in feeding you – body, mind & soul.      Read more
