  • S2, E3 - People Are Replaceable

People are replaceable, and some of us desperately need to start believing it. We stay loyal to people who betray us, tolerate employees who poison our businesses, chase family members who refuse to show up, and cling to friendships, partners, and business relationships simply because we’re terrified we’ll never find anyone better. In this episode, Jana talks about knowing when the fight is over, trusting patterns instead of potential, and finding high-quality people in both business and life. Because someone having an important title doesn’t mean they’re doing a good job filling it, and there are incredible people out there waiting to prove that the wrong person was never your only option.__________________✨ Episode Highlights:00:00 The Concept of Replaceability00:45 Understanding Irreplaceable Relationships02:42 The Dangers of Fighting for Unhealthy Relationships05:59 Accepting Reality in Relationships06:46 Recognizing Capacity in Relationships10:25 The Importance of Healthy Boundaries12:53 Finding Your Chosen Family16:33 Trusting Your Gut in Relationships19:38 Building a Supportive Network21:34 Embracing New Connections23:40 Growth and Changing Relationships26:30 The Importance of Intentionality in Relationships29:11 Recognizing Consistency Over Intensity31:07 Maintaining Hope and Fighting for Love33:51 Building Healthy Relationships Moving Forward__________________Follow Jana: 🌈 Instagram | Facebook | TikTok | YouTube → @thedreamdoers.podcast🌐 Visit my website at www.thedreamdoers.com✨ Subscribe to Dream Doer’s YouTube Channel: @dreamdoers.podcast

  • S2, E2 - Out of Body: The Summer I Almost Died!

What happens when you close your eyes for what you think will be a short surgery, and wake up days later to learn you almost never came home? This is the most vulnerable episode of Dream Doers yet. One she might delete later.

Jana shares the story of the summer 2026, the year she almost died, the medical emergency that left her in a coma for five days and the ICU for 11, and an experience she has struggled to put into words ever since: being somewhere in the galaxy between life and death and feeling like she was given a choice. Go, or stay. She chose to stay, chose her children, chose life, chose one more breath.

But surviving was only the beginning. Jana opens up about what came after waking up, the physical and emotional reality of recovery, and what it looked like to keep a life, family and businesses moving while her own body was trying to heal. She also shares why Dream Doers went quiet for the summer, what that time away taught her, and how coming that close to losing everything changed the way she sees time, purpose, work and the ordinary privilege of simply being alive. Again.

This episode isn't about pretending something traumatic automatically becomes something beautiful. It's about what happens when life stops being theoretical. When tomorrow is no longer something you assume you're entitled to. When breathing, waking up, being with your children and getting another ordinary Tuesday suddenly feel different. It's about choosing to keep going when life looks nothing like it did before, allowing yourself to stop when you need to, and realizing that sometimes being a Dream Doer isn't about doing more. Sometimes, it's about choosing to still be here to dream at all.

  • S2, E1 - Momming: The Best Business I've Built

After a 2.5 month healing journey, this special episode will start SEASON 2 with a bang!

What happens when the life you spent years dreaming about finally arrives, but it looks nothing like the picture you had in your head? In this episode, Jana shares her journey to becoming a mom, from praying for adoption as a teenager after visiting an orphanage in Mexico, to nearly 20 years later receiving a phone call that would change her life in a matter of hours. One minute she was sitting at her dining room table editing photos and running multiple businesses, and the next she was preparing to bring home a three-day-old baby boy, with the possibility of his older brother soon following. Motherhood didn't arrive according to her plan, but it became the life she had been praying for all along.Becoming a mom also changed what success looked like.

Jana shares the reality of raising children while running businesses solo, restructuring a career that once depended heavily on nights and weekends, learning when to grow and when to slow down, asking for help, protecting family time, and accepting that every season requires something different. This isn't an episode about magically “doing it all.” It's about building businesses that support the life you actually want to live, adapting when your priorities change, and realizing that sometimes the greatest thing you'll ever build isn't a business at all. For Jana, it was becoming Mom.

  • S1, E30 - Forgiveness, Without Access.

Forgiveness is powerful, but forgiveness with full access? That’s where a lot of us keep ending up in the same cycle with the same people. In this episode, we’re unpacking the hard truth most of us were never taught growing up in church, loving people like Jesus does not mean allowing everyone into your life. Jana shares raw personal experiences, including being blamed for other people’s choices, learning the difference between love and enabling, and what it actually looks like to set boundaries without guilt. If you’ve ever felt drained, confused, or questioned your own worth because you kept giving chances that led nowhere, this conversation will help you see it clearly.

We also break down what Scripture really shows us about Jesus and boundaries, why He didn’t entrust Himself to everyone, how He loved people without giving them unlimited access, and what that means for your life today. You’ll walk away with practical ways to set healthy boundaries, stop over-explaining, recognize patterns instead of promises, and finally understand how to forgive without reopening the same door. This is for anyone ready to grow, protect their peace, and love others without losing themselves in the process.

  • S1, E29 - Two Things Can Be True. Or Not.

If you’re a confident mom or business owner who’s ever been labeled “bitchy” for getting things done, setting boundaries, or confronting something hard… this one is for you. There’s a massive difference between being harsh and being clear, and too many women have been taught to soften themselves just to make other people comfortable. The truth is, strength and kindness are not opposites. You can be loving and still hold a standard. You can be direct and still be respectful. And learning how to operate in both is not a flaw, it’s maturity.

This episode breaks down the real meaning behind “two things can be true,” and calls out where that idea gets dangerously misused. Healthy duality builds grounded, powerful women. But that doesn’t mean excusing harmful behavior or confusing inconsistency with character. Women are not meant to shrink into one version of themselves. We are meant to lead, to confront, to nurture, to build, and to move boldly. And the women who do that… the ones keeping families, businesses, and entire systems running… they’re not “too much.” They’re exactly what this world needs.

  • S1, E28 - Discipline Carries What Passion Can't

This is the part nobody claps for. Not the beginning, not the breakthrough, but the middle, the stretch where life gets heavy, your energy drops, and you start wondering if you were ever cut out for this in the first place. The chapter you didn’t choose, but still have to live inside of. In this episode, we get real about what it actually takes to stay in the game when your legs feel like jelly, your mind feels done, and your life doesn’t match the vision you started with. We’re talking about the quiet kind of discipline that carries you through grief, pressure, motherhood, business, and the moments where everything in you wants to check out, but you don’t. Because this is where most people lose the plot… and also where everything real is built. Passion might introduce you to the dream, but this is about what carries it home.

  • S1, E25 - Excuses and the 'I’m Too Busy' Era

"I’m too busy.” “I don’t have the money right now.” We say these phrases casually, responsibly, often without realizing how much power they hold. Over time, they stop being explanations and start replacing accountability, quietly reshaping our relationships, our finances, and our integrity.

In this episode, we unpack the cost of excuses, how comfort and avoidance slowly erode trust, and what it actually looks like to realign your time, money, and energy with the life you say you want to live. No shame, no hustle culture, just honest conversation and practical clarity.

  • S1 , E24 - "Everything's Awesome & No One's Impressed"

One of my pastors once said, “We live in a world where everything is awesome and no one’s impressed.” That sentence stuck with me, and this episode was born from it.

In this conversation, I’m talking about what happens when our lives, our businesses, and our online presence drift out of alignment, and how easy it is to lose ourselves in the noise. This episode isn’t about doing less or disengaging, it’s about coming back to what’s real before trying to show up for everyone else.

If you’ve been feeling tired of performing, overwhelmed by content, or unsure how to show up in a way that actually feels like you, this episode is for you.
