Feedback is important, but don't let others kill your dream! On another note, I'd estimate that we kill our own dreams 96% of the time. Do NOT be the killer of your own dreams. The world is hard enough without your negative thoughts and self doubt. Dream big, devise a plan, and go after it! Value your network as well as YOURSELF.
