Have you ever had a dream that has left you completely perplexed? Or a dream that was so real you were sure it had actually happened? We often find ourselves trying to understand the meaning behind a dream, and dream interpretation can prove to be a challenge if we are not in the right state of mind.

Understanding dreams, however, can offer a deep insight into some of our most difficult challenges. In this podcast, I discuss my own approach to interpreting dreams. In addition, I review evidence that many of us may be attending school while we sleep. What if we had the ability to learn while we slept? What if the dream state, an altered conscious state, allowed for teachers to come to us and help us learn. Explorers like Robert Monroe and Whitley Strieber may have encountered such schools. The question is, are we learning, being manipulated, or something else?
