I spoke with Shelia Furlong on Nov 15, 2022. We had a great conversation about many ways that our upbringing and our awareness can influence our ability to embrace our intuition. We spoke about dreams, knowing, insights on our surroundings and people and interactions with the spirit world and more.

Sheila has an insatiable appetite for learning, especially about the natural and supernatural world.  She tries to be there for others, and believing in community, she has volunteered in one capacity or another since her teens.  She is a former homeschooling parent, master food preserver, forager, home herbalist, business owner, artist, and dog mom.
