In this episode, I chat with friend and founder Natalie Felikian. Natalie and I discuss Lav, her single-serve salad dressing company. In Armenian, Lav means "well." Natalie discusses how her Armenian culture shaped her love of food, which ultimately led her to an interest in nutrition, and finally, to creating Lav.
