After taking a few weeks off and playing replays of our most popular episodes, we're back with the first episode of Season 4. We kick off this new season with a quote from former NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe talking about his career with Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.

I heard this quote last week while listening to the podcast "Beyond the Xs & Os" with Trent Dilfer, another former NFL quarterback. It is my favorite podcast right now (other than this one!), and there are so many great lessons for us to learn from it.

Bledsoe and Dilfer were talking about the way the Patriots operate and how not all teams and coaches operate that way. This quote prompted me to talk about two other quotes in this episode, too - one by Dilfer and one by me.
