If anyone understands stress, it’s Drew Dunham, Air Traffic Controller with Deer Valley Tower. As Drew directs traffic on the tarmac, he also navigates his relationships with coworkers and pilots, seeking ways to better communicate, share his faith, and serve those around him in a high-stakes environment. Most importantly, Drew’s learned strategies for leaving work at work so he can be fully present with his family when he walks through the door at the end of each day.
