This product was not adequately eviscerated and harbors Clostridium botulinum spores that trigger botulism. Symptoms of botulism can include dizziness, blurred or double vision, trouble speaking or swallowing, difficulty breathing, muscle weakness, abdominal distension, and constipation. If you experience these symptoms, seek medical attention. Affected: Item #AF4110, Lot Code 26020, expiration date June 12, 2028.


A total of 69 cases of contaminated fish were distributed to Asian grocery stores in Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Utah.
