In episode 19 I sit down and speak with my friend from Cafe RE, Carrie who lives in Denver Colorado. After Carrie's divorce several years ago, she found herself leaning more and more on alcohol to cope with the feelings associated with the end of her marriage and the new life she had as a result of that. Now sober since January 20, 2020, she is thriving and enjoying her new life Alcohol Free (AF)!
