I have been exercising and intermittent fasting daily - now I will make sure I am drinking plenty of water. I add a new goal every week and do follow up videos to keep me accountable.
I am systematically implementing goals and tracking them while using YOU AS MY ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER. Granted, you don't have to do anything... me having to report progress to this channel helps me tremendously.
This is a record of me changing my life, one goal at a time, no biggie.
