This holiday season we celebrate local Tigard businesses and all that they do for our community. 

Primo Espresso has been caffeinating the Tigard community since 1996. Since becoming owner in 2013, Ian Walters has expanded on the foundation built by previous owners. He's guided Primo through the challenges of the COVID shutdown and strengthened Primo as a "third place" for community members to meet beyond the realms of home and work.
