March is upon us and Spring is sprung!  This month we have not one but two brewery visits, a restrospective look at whisky for Burns night and we rise to the challenge of talking about our grape of the month Chasselas!

Quaffing a small glass we chat about wine and food and lament the lowest common denomenator of cheap Spanish plonk - nice in the sunshine but not very inviting over here.
