In today’s episode of Louise M Empowerment Series, we are joined by another motivating woman, Jennifer Bicknell. She has been practicing law for almost 30 years. She spent 15 years as a litigator  at Minter Ellison, followed by 8 years as a partner at Kennedy’s, before founding her workplace law firm Bicknell Law & Consulting, in 2015.  

Whilst Jennifer does the 'traditional' lawyer stuff like drafting employment contracts and resolving disputes, she spends most of her time working with clients as an extension of their business – strategically advising them on how to prevent small workplace issues from becoming big, hairy ones.
