In this episode, we cover physical wellbeing through the lens of energy. Thinking about our energy like a battery AND, what we need to rest and recharge our energy to maintain our overall health. We’ll unpack the different aspects of physical health that support our energy. We’ll hear from a range of expert guests who will share small and simple tips to get started. This addresses the root causes, while considering the impact of nutrition on your biochemistry, genetics and gut health. - Sarah Watson Good2Go Mindset Sarah Watson has been assisting people individually and as part of a group to achieve their fitness goals and dreams for many years on an informal basis. The success Sarah has seen people achieve has led her to establish her business, Good2Go Mindset, in 2022 so she can reach more people in need of assistance to achieve their goals. - Nish Murali Founder and coach Unique Health Co Nish Murali is an Exercise Physiologist and runs Unique Health. He has a keen interest in getting people moving, getting stronger and improving their relationship with their body. Nish is a university-qualified professional and has also undertaken numerous courses to understand the human body in great detail. Nish is a coach that understands human behaviour in a way that produces change for the clients he works with. His goal is to personalise client plans so that you can see the best results possible. Regardless of what you read on the internet, he believes there is no one size fits all.
