Early in the WOSH Morning Show, host, Phil Cianciola was talking about a personal experience of driving the autobahn in Europe and not realizing a speed limit is posted in some areas.
Fast forward to the story he shares regarding a California State Senator suggesting a requirement that beginning with model year 2027, newer passenger vehicles and large trucks sold in California to be equipped with an intelligent speed limiter (speed governor) that would prevent them from going more than 10 mph above the speed limit. Phil and other lawmakers have a different opinion on proposed Senate Bill 961.
