We can be driving, mowing the lawn, or gardening; it doesn't matter; there are distractions around us. It could be a street sign or someone on the corner making gestures. It could be a dog or cat; it doesn't matter. Whatever it is, it's a distraction. It can happen at work in your office or even in your home office. Distractions are there for us to deal with.
