Today's episode was recorded back in July as an inspired rant after my personal journaling session. It feels like a good tie in to last week's episode, where we continue to build on discerning between your own beliefs, whether they are true or not, and deciding on new ones.
Allowing your feelings to be your guide can simplify a lot of what we are taught about inner work and manifesting... instead of forcing new beliefs that may end up making you feel worse, decide you are the woman already and start to notice how you feel throughout the day. Let your feelings and intuition be your compass, and then lean back into self-trust.

Hi my loves!!
I decided to hop on my phone and record this as a quick bonus for you. During my personal inner work today, I realized that my normal day to day reactions that I was struggling with, like anxiety, procrastination, etc, were conditioned reactions and not who I truly am.
I decided to flip the perspective on this and start to view them differently, because these reactions and thoughts masked as fear, were actually exactly what I have always wanted. I've always wanted freedom to have fun and do things in my way, but it was being masked as anxiety around not knowing what to do or how to do it.
It's human, and it's normal. So...I wanted to walk you through this process and what I have been learning lately, as well as how to actually start to use this process for yourself as you overcome your own limiting beliefs and thoughts around who you are.
