Hi guys, welcome back to another episode! For this week’s episode we have a repeat guest on but this time, it’s us discussing a topic that is very close to our hearts; dropout rate in sport. It’s affected us all at one point or another, whether that be losing friends because they chose to quit, injuries, us putting too much pressure on ourselves or just finding it stressful to fit everything into our lives. This is a huge issue within sport that somehow needs to be changed so that everyone can be “in it for the long run”.
