On this episode of Dropping Dimes, John Rocha (@therochasays) steps in for an under the weather Matt Knost (@mattknost) and welcomes Complex Sports Senior Editor Adam Caparell (@adamcaparell) to the show to talk about his experiences covering the Los Angeles Lakers this year and his thoughts on what’s next for them after the Magic Johnson debacle. The boys also give their thoughts on all the NBA Playoffs series and how the teams are faring in each of them. They break down what Golden State Warriors will do now that DeMarcus Cousins is out for the playoffs, if the Rockets actually made a smart move by dropping down to the 4th in the Western Conference so they can be fresher for a potential Warriors match up, and if they think the Blazers or the Nuggets will actually threaten to win the Western Conference. They also look at the inconsistency of the 76ers and speculate on reasons for it, if the Celtics have finally flipped the switch now that the playoffs have started, and if the Raptors or Bucks should be worried about either of those teams as the fight to come out of the East.
