Ria is a 19 year old aspiring fitness influencer, who dropped out of college to become the founder of an activewear brand, Bolt Active. Her mission is to empower young women to be bold and confident at any size and at any stage in their fitness journey!

Ria and I talked about the ups and downs of starting a fitness journey at any age, and the ebbs and flows of friendships and relationships throughout personal growth and change. We also talked the details of creating an activewear brand and how the process works!
