Can God rescue someone from the deepest dark? Listen to Part 1 of this raw drug addiction testimony and miraculous deliverance by God's grace. Sau Finau grew up in a faithful Seventh-day Adventist home in Tonga where his father was a school principal. However, the painful divorce of his parents shattered his worldview, causing him to completely reject religion and abandon his belief in God.
Migrating to Australia with dreams of fast money, Sau quickly spiraled out of control on the dangerous streets of Sydney's Kings Cross. Becoming heavily trapped in crime and a severe addiction that cost up to $2,000 a day, Sau reached absolute rock bottom. Witness the turning point in 1999 when, out of pure desperation, he fell to his knees to utter his very first prayer.
In this episode, you will hear:
• The impact of childhood family breakdown on personal faith.
• The harsh reality of surviving as an illegal immigrant in Kings Cross, Sydney.
• The cycle of prison and the deception of the street lifestyle.
• The desperate, historical prayer asking God to prove His existence and purpose.
