Listen Later

In the 1970s the United States had a drug abuse problem so they launched a war on drugs. The belief was that the availability of drugs like marijuana, heroin, and cocaine lead to addiction. In this episode, we review the research and interview a recovering addict to understand why drug abuse and addiction are not about the drugs. What does this mean for Nigeria’s emerging drug abuse problem?
