Last week, a group of international academics and lobbyists got together to discuss the impact the latest policies for drug control have had on the attainment of the Sustainable Development Goals.
This session addresses the impacts of the war on drugs on vulnerable populations, the consequences of the new movement towards legalization of recreational drugs, linkages of health treatment alternatives and the ‘stakeholders’ affected by drug policy.
