17 - Drummer and Producer: BEATdown

On this week’s episode of The Art of Music Tech, Fela and Denis welcome drummer and producer Jermaine BEATdown McQueen. Jermaine is a Queens native and began to play the drums as early as four years old. His faith has made an huge impact on his music career and has been fortunate enough to play with talented musicians such as Mike Campbell and Artie Reynolds. He also shares how he broke into R&B, his experience auditioning for gigs as a young adult, and gear he began his music career with.
