My guest is industry veteran Rick Drumm. After his beginnings as a performer, Rick joined Remo in 1982 as a customer service rep and was soon promoted to Sales and Marketing Director. In 1993, Rick was hired as the CEO of MIDCO International, a large musical instrument distribution company.
After 3 years at MIDCO, he was hired by Vic Firth to serve as President. In 2006 - 2013, he served as President of D’Addario, where he worked to significantly reduce industry threats of counterfeit musical accessories. In 2013, he founded Traction® Business Coaching to help businesses achieve their goals.
Through it all, Rick has continued to play the drums.
