In this segment D2 takes on 3Ds -- Drunks, Driving, And Devices. DUI’s are a very serious problem throughout the United States and new laws may soon help to protect us from others who are unfit to be on the road. Devices may be fitted to cars to smell or see whether or not you are fit to drive. And they may be here sooner than we think.  UHP spokesman Major Jef Nigbur joins the program with insight.
