We trekked to Talnua Distillery to talk whiskey and Irish American history with co-owners and co-founders Meagan and Patrick Miller. In addition to tasting the offerings, Patrick gave us one hell of a lesson on spirit-making in Ireland, Scotland, and the United States plus some history of how things all came together to make Talnua a possibility.
