Tawny Lara, ‘Sober Sexpert’ and author of the upcoming book “Dry Humping: A Guide to Dating, Relating, and Hooking Up Without the Booze” joins me on the podcast for a fantastic conversation about all things sex and sobriety. 

Our chat (and her book!) goes so much deeper than dating. Tawny lays out the importance of ‘dating yourself’ when you’re newly sober, even if you’re in a committed relationship. Plus, she comes full of advice for creating sober ‘intimacy time’ in your relationship, handling intimacy if your partner still drinks, and navigating a breakup while sober.
