'Challenges in Life are Inevitable, so you might as well Engineer them Yourself.'
Life is full of obstacles, bad luck, crappy situations, betrayal, misfortune, etc.
So if you know this to be true, why not just live a life where you engineer your own challenges?
You'll generally get one of two outcomes:
1. Resilience - a.k.a things didn't go as planned.
2. Results - a.k.a you got what you wanted.
If there's one thing I've learned from life's challenges, it's this...
'It's better to forge resilience while you can before you're forced to have resilience when you can't.'
Living a challenged-based lifestyle gives you the best of both worlds:
1. You get to build up the resilience you need when the shit storm hits.
2. You actively work on progress and growth.
Keep Striving!
