In Today’s episode we are spicy AF. I have noticed a trend with inconsistency in work habits, beliefs, boundaries, standards, and worthiness that have really kept a lot of people small and miserable. So let’s talk about it. The biggest issue you have is NOT that you don’t have the money to hire the VA. It’s the fact that you are addicted to chaos and that’s why you don’t prioritize collaboration. You are inconsistent in what you say you want vs what your actions are.
