The Dudes invite the Silverback Gorilla, NPC Masters competitor, Forrest Mann to the studio to discuss his competitive drive following two near-death trauma experiences after moving from Oregon to Texas a few years ago. At 40 years old, Forrest has a new lease on life and is taking every advantage between having a baby, getting married, and competing (and placing) in National Physique Committee events.
