Allahumma Innaka Afuwwun Tuhibbul Afwa fa’fu Anni, is one of the best Dua’s for forgiveness. This Dua was recommended by the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) to Aisha (RA) to supplicate on the Night of Decree; i.e. Laylatul Qadr.

Was reported by Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) that:
I asked: “O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?” He (SAWS) replied, “You should supplicate: Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun, tuhibbul-‘afwa, fa’fu ‘anni (O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).” – At-Tirmidhi

Allaahumma innaka 'afuwwun, tuhibb al-'afwa, fa’fu 'anni.
"Oh Allah, You are the Most forgiving, and You love to forgive, so forgive me."
