Duayne Pearce is a passionate builder from the outskirts of Brisbane who is on a mission to positively change the building industry for everyone involved.

With a long family history in trades and construction, Duayne never wanted to be anything else other than a builder. However, after a blazing start start to his career, things started to go wrong and it all came to a head in 2013 where he nearly lost everything.

Duayne learnt some huge lessons from his mistakes in that period and now he is using those lessons along with a new found passion for education to prevent others from going down the same path as he once did.
