Playing board games for a living sounds like a dream come true, but for Rei it's all he has left in his broken shamble of a life. Driven into depression by the onslaught of circumstance & personal tragedy, the young shogi master struggles from day to day trying to cope with his barren husk of a teenage life. Punctuated only by the clicking of tiles & compassion of the other broken people around him.
