For the second consecutive year, Simona Halep was awarded the WTA Year-End World No.1 Singles Award presented by Dubai Duty Free, receiving the Chris Evert World No.1 Trophy at a ceremony at the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Singapore presented by SC Global.
