It’s been a hell of a week, so Duchess starts things off with some personal and professional updates, including getting back into her regular routine after vacation, surviving a brutal return to the gym, and dealing with some of the everyday frustrations that life likes to throw at you.

Then things take a turn into the strange world of ASMR. Why do people enjoy whispering into microphones, tapping their fingernails, crinkling packages, and listening to other people eat? Duchess doesn't understand it—and she has some opinions. From microphone rubbing to mukbang videos, this rabbit hole definitely isn't her cup of tea.

Next up: etiquette. Apparently, according to one etiquette expert, telling an engaged couple “congratulations” is considered rude. Duchess isn't buying it. Is congratulating someone on their engagement really implying that one person “won” the other? Or is it simply a normal way of saying you're happy for them? Duchess makes her position pretty clear.

And then we head into the wonderfully chaotic world of Facebook neighborhood groups. If you've ever watched residents argue over politics, garbage pickup, school issues, local officials, pizza recommendations, or the rules of a neighborhood group, you already know exactly where this is going. Duchess admits she absolutely loves watching the drama unfold.
