  • Is Siri a Muppet?
This episode we have a special guest Dr. Rituraj Kunwar, resident AI expert of the Emergent Technologies team here at Deakin. Alan, Veronica and Raj get together to discuss Natural Language Understanding (NLU)- the underlying technology that allows Siri, Alexa and Google Home to "talk" to us.
We talk about its many applications, the NLU models of big enterprises like Google and Amazon and find the reason behind why so many of them are named after the Muppets!
