Four buddies get together to open a bar and 20 years later, they own 18 bars and restaurants in Cincinnati and have transformed the food and beer scene there forever.
I had the pleasure of working with the boys from 4EG on a few projects and one of the things that I saw more than anything is the way that these guys are staying at the forefront of the restaurant industry.
Bob is one of the four guys on the team that makes that happen. We discuss everything from the past to what their doing daily to be able to open more properties and how they enable their long term staff to remain creative & loyal to the brands.
