This is the rest of the official first day of the Josh Duggar trial (technically the first day was jury selection but this was first day in the court room)! This episode will start with witness Special Agent Amber Kalmer & then finish with the first part of Special Agent Faulkners testimony!

IF YOU ARE NEW! I say "shithead" because everyone here is anonymous! So I call everyone a "shithead"! This may not make sense to you & thats ok! It makes sense to my Shithead community! For example "child pornography".  This is not said with the intention of being cold, disrespectful, or insensitive.  I use the legal verbiage as this is coverage of an actual trial.  Also, if you aren't new here you know that I am a someone who takes sexual assault crimes VERY serious & for that reason I feel it is important to cover them in their entirety.  I realize, that to some, this may come off negative but that couldn't be further from the intention.  My intention is to cover these horrific crimes in their entirety. This trial is on two federal counts of child pornography.  That means that legal documentation, evidence, & testimony will include the words "child pornography" & as a result I am covering it in its entirety. Some might consider this harsh but I would argue its the honest & raw coverage much needed in a click bait society. 

Also, if you can't take a joke... this is not the podcast for you! I don't intentionally disrespect anyone - I'm blunt, honest & no bull shit. I AM NOT FOR EVERYONE & THATS LIFE!
