Derek meets with his friend from the Army to discuss the topic of growing up in the ghetto. Oscar is from Boyle Heights, Los Angeles which is a little rough some might say. We go into subjects like gang violence, poverty, Coyotes, and much more. Some of the audio is a little fucked, but that's life. Also, I recorded in my red shed for this episode and you can hear a couple planes fly over, so be prepared for that. One last thing, if you hear La Cucaracha playing in the background then you know you might be in the barrio.
