Pakistan’s leadership, beholden to Empire and concerned about lining their own pockets, is drifting along the golden path to approval from the Epstein class. It’s possible that’s where they really want to be, and they’ve abandoned any pretence of governance. But the people and the Ulema seem to be nowhere to be found either.
