Come fly with The Reel-ists Podcast! In episode 132, Oscar and Donnie discuss "Dumbo", Disney's newest live action film of the beloved elephant who can fly. Kudos to director Tim Burton for creating such a lovable/adorable protagonist. However, despite the captivation of Dumbo, it was not enough to ignore the films predictable plot points and lackluster setting. On the other hand, Oscar and Donnie both felt the cast did a great job with their portrayals and was one of the driving forces for the film. The guys also discuss some reasons as to why this Disney remake maybe didn't stick the landing it was hoping to. Listen until the end to hear final "Reel" scores!
