Kay Jay and Shim Shim had a little break from recording to gather their thoughts and pick up their lives (and their faces) and are back at it with a little check-in conversation about the dumpster fire we live in.

On the docket today - Queer representation in newer shows (or lack thereof), Shim Sham's time away, a Tarot Card to rally the forces of good, Kay Jay's musical project 'Inner Demons' (Check out the links below for their website!) and then some current events time.  

Look, Kay Jay and Shim Sham are progressive, feminist and very pro queer (obviously). And they're here to tell you - the conversation surrounding the 'erasure' of women in culture is not coming from a place of good faith - it's being used to drive a further wedge in social movements.   Let's do our best to pool resources, find our overlapping struggles, and join forces, shall we?  Not share articles sensationalizing the social movements as evil plots to erase people.  None of us win there.
