Duncan serves as the board chair of the Society of Entrepreneurs and is the President of Duncan-Williams Inc, a firm founded by his father 50 years ago a municipal bond broker, which has since grown into a nationally recognized, financial services provider serving clients across the country. Duncan will tell the story of how the firm got started, how his mother took ownership after his father passed away, and how he stepped into the leadership role in 2000 with an emphasis on maintaining a "family firm"culture and how important the Memphis spirit has been to his success.
