On this episode we sit down and talk with Eric Daigle. Eric is the Co-founder and Head Curator of SiTE School. SiTE stands for "situated in transformative environments" and they focus on using a Montessori framework for students in grade 10-12. Their vision is to to promote dignity and initiative in adolescence, through purposeful work and meaningful context.
During this conversation we talk about how Eric got into education, what SiTE school is and how they defer from traditional education, and why it may be time for us to start to shift our mindset on how we educate the next generation. This conversation was very insightful and opened our eyes to some new perspectives.
