What started as a haunting turned out to be… a magical mistake.

The party pieced it together—the ghostly whispers, the chilling screams, the creeping dread? All the result of a poorly-cast spell… by an overconfident idiot with access to too many scrolls and not enough sense. Crisis (mostly) averted. Embarrassment? Permanent.

But just as laughter returned and the ship settled into calm waters...

The sea broke open.

A monstrous sea serpent, scales like obsidian and eyes glowing with arcane fury, surged from the depths. The ship rocked, crew scrambled, and the sky itself seemed to darken with the beast’s roar.

Magic sparked, weapons drew, and the fight began—not just for survival, but for control of the sea itself.
